Can I choose who repairs my vehicle after a collision?
Yes! Your insurance company or provider may provide you with a list of their preferred shops. You have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired.

Does my collision have to be reported to my insurance company?
No. You have the choice to pay for the repairs out of pocket.

What if my insurance company's appraisal is less than my estimate?
We work with insurance companies directly to resolve any discrepancies in the estimate.

Is it possible to get an estimate without coming in?
Yes. Photos can be sent to our email estimates@hollywoodfinishes.com and we can
provide you with a preliminary estimate.

What information is needed for a free noncontact estimate?
Provide us with your name, phone number, a few photos of the damaged area, and the
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The VIN can be located on the dash through the
window on the driver's side of the vehicle or on your insurance card.

Do I need an appointment to drop off my vehicle?
Yes. All repairs are scheduled so that parts can be received and accurate repair times
can be given.

How long will my vehicle repair take?
Every repair time is unique due to the extent of the damage. We will give you a timeline when we start the repairs as well as keep in touch throughout the repair process.

How can I get a rental?
The local Enterprise Rental Car can handle all your rental car needs. An appointment will need to be placed with them prior to dropping your vehicle off.

Is there a warranty on the repairs made to my vehicle?
Yes. We warranty the repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.

What is paintless dent repair?
Paintless dent repair (PDR) is the process of removing minor dents from the body of your vehicle without damaging the paint.
